Our drinks are created with a focus on pure taste and natural origin. We use selected fruits that are processed with minimal intervention to preserve their characteristic aroma and flavor. We work in small batches, with a clear approach to the ingredients – no colorants, no additives, and no excessive sweetness. Only what nature provides, carefully gathered and preserved to reach you in its best form.

At our family farm "Simo and Familia," we believe that a good drink should not mask the taste of its ingredients, but rather highlight it. That’s why we use fruits grown in our garden and harvested at just the right moment. The result is a selection of homemade drinks that stand out with their pure composition, distinct flavor, and natural aroma. With care for every bottle.

1. Red Wine

Classic, rich, and full of character – our red wine is made from Bulgarian grape varieties, naturally fermented and aged just enough to develop its unique taste and memorable aroma. Suitable for every table – from a casual dinner to a special occasion.

Blue wine is an unconventional yet completely natural drink. Made from white grapes and skins of red varieties, this wine impresses not only with its color but also with the lightness and freshness of its taste. 3. Vishnovka

Made from well-ripened cherries picked at the perfect time, our vishnovka carries a deep fruity flavor and gentle aroma. A drink with a calm character, to sip slowly and enjoy for a long time. Each bottle contains the maturity of the fruit and the patience of time. Perfect for a quiet end to the day or as a complement to a special occasion.

4. Cold-Pressed Apple Juice

Made from apples grown in our garden, the juice is cold-pressed, unfiltered, and unsweetened. It contains only pure fruit pulp, with no added sugar, water, or preservatives. Suitable for both children and adults – for breakfast, an afternoon refreshment, or whenever your body needs something pure and natural.
